Planning & Start Up

Venture Forward can facilitate the Company’s total functionality at their new location in the time frame required.  Our combined expertise and experience with emerging life science companies encompasses a wide range of general business & operational services including:  

• Space and workflow planning – Work closely with the Management team to program the space to efficiently fit the science as well as general company culture.
• Voice, data, & other infrastructure – Source, negotiate, and manage other operational infrastructure outside the General Contractor’s realm.
• Laboratory & office start up – Source and negotiate any required capital equipment, furniture and lab and office set up needs.  Deliver a turn-key solution.
• Purchasing infrastructure – Set up an efficient purchasing system to track chemicals, supplies and assets. Venture Forward can work closely with the Company Controller to customize to existing systems.  
• Human resources – Set up the basics of a Human Resource infrastructure such as benefits and payroll including an integrated “on boarding” program for new hires.
• Train and transition operations to an in-house team.
