Venture Forward can serve as the “Owners Representative”. We can identify the Construction team (i.e. Contractor, Architect, Engineer), or work with existing relationships, with the goal of delivering the project on time and on budget.
Once a site is selected, many internal tasks need to be coordinated. The two most important requirements are the establishment of a comprehensive equipment list and a chemical inventory. These documents will be used for not only scientific and budget planning, but they will become integral to lease negotiations, licenses and permits and facility build out. Venture Forward will use this equipment list to build the utility grid, required by the trades (ie Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC specialists), who will be building the vision. Planning and communication is key to the seamless transition, and Venture Forward will represent the Company at weekly construction meetings, to assure decisions are being made in a the field, saving both time and money.
